Smart Cities: an exploration from knowledge management.
Last July 21, the course “Smart Cities: an exploration from knowledge management” started, developed by Elsa Estévez, professor at the Universidad de la Plata and participant in the CAP4CITY research project.
The course was developed in 8 classes, within the framework of the International Summer Schools of the Master in Information Management of the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, directed by the PhD. Victoria Eugenia Ospina, thus fulfilling the objective of dissemination and training of the project funded by Erasmus CAP4CITY.
The course began with the contextualization of smart cities and sustainability and growth initiatives, then problems and possible solutions based on experiences, knowledge and bibliographic data were addressed that allowed integrating the importance of knowledge management as an element of growth and strengthening of cities smart.
The sessions were held with constant participation and workshops for reflection and research, to then share the knowledge generated.
From the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, who also participate in the CAP4CITY project, thanks to the expert Elsa Estévez for carrying out this joint participation.
